Who is responsible
M&A INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING LTD, company 13127427, is the controller for information submitted through this website. You can contact us through the contact form or at our registered office listed in the footer.
Hospital information
We collect aggregate public waiting-time information. We do not request or publish patient records, names, symptoms or identifiable clinical information.
Your saved hospitals
If you save a hospital, its directory identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is used to remember your choices on that device. It is not sent to us as a personal profile. You can remove saved entries or clear your browser’s site storage.
Contact reports
If you submit a report, we store your message, optional email address, optional hospital name and submission time so we can investigate and reply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate service and responding to enquiries. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal details.
Reports are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed to resolve an ongoing issue or meet a legal obligation. We do not use submitted addresses for marketing.
Hosting and technical information
The service is hosted directly in the operator’s Cloudflare account. Cloudflare may process connection details such as IP address, request information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Visitors do not need an account to use the public service. Cloudflare’s privacy notice explains its processing for its own services.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This version does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use authentication or security cookies where necessary. Saved hospital preferences use local storage as described above. We will update this notice and implement any required consent controls before introducing optional tracking.
Recipients and international processing
Information may be processed by the hosting providers and their authorised service providers, potentially outside the UK. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be in place. We do not sell contact details or disclose them to advertisers.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or request portability. Contact us using the report form or registered office. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
